How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I'm one of those people that literally always has to have a cleaning cloth in my hand. In whatever room I'm in I wipe, straighten and clean even if nothing's dirty. Since this trait seemed to be almost inborn I decided that I should put my obsessive cleaning habit to good use. Hence, I opened a cleaning service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer one-to-one service putting our client's priorities to the top of the cleaning list. Our usual cleaning is ceiling to floor and wall to wall unless the client prefers otherwise. All cleaning solutions, supplies and equipment is supplied unless the client wishes us to use a specific product that they prefer. If so, the client provides that special solution or preferred equipment.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is only one Ann's Cleaning Service with no plans for expansion at this time.
